Thai Astronauts: The Complete List

No entries meet the strict definition of “Thai Astronauts”: at present, no person holding Thai citizenship has flown to space.

Note why the strict search returns nothing. Thailand does not run a crewed space program and does not select national astronauts for orbital flights. Major astronaut lists use nationality and flight records. Use those rules and the result is empty.

Understand the technical and historical reasons. Human spaceflight needs big budgets, launch vehicles, and long-term training programs. Thailand focuses on satellites and space science, not crewed missions. Close alternatives do exist. Look at Thailand’s satellite operator Thaicom, the Geo-Informatics and Space Technology Development Agency (GISTDA), Thai engineers working with foreign space agencies, and commercial suborbital services (Virgin Galactic, Blue Origin) that could carry private passengers in the future.

Consider related categories that do exist and may interest you. Find Thai-made satellites, Thai space-policy milestones, Thai researchers who collaborate on international space projects, and lists of astronauts by country. Explore those topics next if you want to learn how Thailand fits into global space activity.
