Evans Notch Overlook is a scenic vista located in the White Mountain National Forest of Maine. Renowned for its excellent stargazing opportunities, the area is mostly quiet, attracting fewer visitors than other parks. The road leading to the overlook is well-maintained but closed during winter months, generally from mid-November to early May, though access for snowmobiling and hiking is available. The overlook provides stunning views of the surrounding valleys and is especially beautiful during the fall foliage season. Visitors can enjoy the natural scenery and also find nearby campgrounds for those looking to extend their stay.
