The Hoba meteorite in Namibia is the largest intact meteorite ever discovered. It weighs around 60 tons and is mostly made of iron and nickel. Despite its massive size, there’s no visible impact crater—scientists believe it hit the atmosphere at a shallow angle, slowing it down enough to land gently without a dramatic explosion.
