No astronauts born in December meet the criteria.

The list is empty because the scope is narrow. Limit the roster to flight‑qualified astronauts with verified day/month/year birthdates from authoritative bios. Apply that filter and no entries remain.

Several technical and historical factors create this result. Different calendars, incomplete or disputed birth records for some early spacefliers, and a strict rule set (for example excluding nominees, trainees, or space tourists) remove many possible matches. Near matches include people born just outside December (late November or early January), people whose birthdate records vary between sources, astronauts selected or announced in December, and crew members who flew missions in December.

Related categories do exist and may be useful. Look at astronauts born in other months, astronauts who flew missions in December (for example Apollo 8 launched in December 1968), lists by nationality or agency, and compilations of astronaut birthdates from NASA, ESA, Roscosmos, and Spacefacts. Explore those lists or broaden the scope to find meaningful entries.
